- Building and testing the script The script runs on test data first, before it works with real data.
- Handover You receive the script with short documentation, so your team knows what it does.
What this deliberately does not include
- No move away from Google Workspace.
- No scripts without documentation.
- No access to more data than necessary.

Do we need additional licences for this?
Usually not. Apps Script is included in Google Workspace. With very large amounts of data, usage limits can become relevant.
Where do the scripts run?
Directly in your Google account. Data only leaves Google Workspace if a connection to another system is wanted.
What happens if our process changes?
The scripts are documented and can be adapted, by us or by someone on your team.
What does an automation cost?
That depends on the scope. After the initial call you receive a quote before any costs arise. We start with a focused first phase, and if the result does not meet your needs, we do not charge you for that phase.
